Enter the Void, 2009
Director - Gaspar Noé
Cinematography - Benoît Debie
I love it when people find this film, I think it’s impossible for someone to see it and just forget about it. Even though the acting is a bit iffy it just becomes this intense amazing merging of your mind with the director’s and takes you to a whole new place of introspection and discovery. I think a lot about death and what that trip will be like and if it’s anything like this movie I have nothing to be scared of (or everything).
Sloppy lo-fi demo I found on an old hard drive. It don’t go nowhere so don’t expect nothing. Love don’t go nowhere so don’t expect nothing. Quadruple negative, yo. Stay Positive.
this is fantastic sufjan
will always have love for you
FOR THE LOVE OF YEEZUS WHEN IS V COMING OUT
For how long have I condescended to the irrationality of feeling? It’s like a chemical weapon, the strength of these persuasions. So be it. My religious interpretations have been false (in favoring repression or extrapolation or disassociation). Minor Revelation: that the insanity of feeling doesn’t make it unjust or unnecessary or unwelcome. Its ridiculousness, in fact, suggests nothing less than divine mystery and profound beauty. The universe revels in, relies on, revolves around absolute instinct, which is merely the “science” of feeling. Just do it. All manners of love at any cost. Blah blah blah. I know this is probably middle school psychobabble for most of you, but for me, today, it’s epic, like Gilgamesh and Aeneas and Homer Simpson.
